Who sends the messages

Text messages come from Monarch Design & Build LLC. We are a residential design-build company serving the Phoenix Valley and Prescott, Arizona.

What we send

Messages about a consultation you asked for: confirmation that it is booked, reminders before it happens, and updates if the time needs to change.

We do not send promotions, coupons, newsletters, seasonal offers or marketing campaigns by text. If we ever wanted to, that would need a separate, clearly-labelled opt-in — agreeing to appointment messages is not agreement to marketing.

How often

Message frequency varies. It depends on your project and whether anything about your appointment changes. Most people receive a small number of messages around a scheduled consultation, not an ongoing stream.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You can also tell us by phone or email and we will do it for you.

Stopping text messages does not cancel your consultation and does not affect anything else — we will simply reach you another way.

Consent is never required

You can book a consultation and contact us without agreeing to text messages. The box is optional, starts unticked, and nothing about your booking depends on it.

Delivery

Text message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives or arrives on time. Do not rely on a text message for anything time-critical — if something matters, call us.

Your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
